Like to find a conversion for oxycontin to demerol?

Been on 160mg x twice a day of oxycontin for 7 years now Oxy not working anymore would like to switch to demerol if possible. looking for a conversion to demerol from 160mg x 2 oxycontin

you would need 4800mg a day according to the conversion chart and no doctor is going to write you out 48 pills a day of demerol and that the hightest dosage(100mg) so i would maybe try the patch with 30mg roxicodone for breakthru hope thishelps

High doses of demerol can cause siezures and heart troubles so I doubt a doctor is going to put you on it. Also demerol has a very short half life and isn't used for chronic pain. The fentanyl patch or methadone is your best bet for chronic pain... Dave
