How levodopa affects lungs ,peptic ulcer,angle closure glucoma?

Levodopa can make an existing ulcer worse. It can cause GI bleeding.
Levodopa can cause disturbances in breathing function.
Levodopa is contraindicated in patients with closed angle glaucoma because it can increase the intraocular pressure.
