How much would i need to take to match the 7.5mg of Deplin?

It just depends of what medical condition you are treating. If you are pregnant or have depression or other mental health problems I would suggest you clarify the change with your doctor.

I am taking l-methyl instead of Deplin. The tabs I take are 800mcg, and I need nine of them to match the dosage(approximately) as 9 x 800mcg(micrograms) is 7200mcg= 7.2 milligrams
I know this is correct, because my doctor is monitoring my dosage.
