Yes, it could show a false positive for cocaine (since lidoderm contains a topical form of a related drug, and cocaine is actually still used in surgical procedures - mostly dental or sinus related).
I'd bring in your prescription bottle/package (anything that shows you're legitimately prescribed lidoderm patches) and just mention to the person taking the test that you are on Lidoderm patches and you've read online that these can show up as false positives for cocaine and related stimulants, and that you're worried about it.
Always best to put everything up front, that way they don't think you're trying to hide stuff.
