Just switched from 4 mg of dilaudid to 30 mgs oxycodone will I withdrawal?

rainrenaye, it all depends on how long you were on dilaudid, which is much stronger then oxycodone. how often were you taking dilaudid? how long? and for what? do you have an ongoing pain issue and your dr has you on pain management or pain treatment? how often are you going to take n30n mgs of oxycodone per day? you will have some wds,but shouldnt be too bad since your gonna be taking oxycodones. im on a very slow taper from oxycodone 10/325, im at 162.5 mgs a day split in 5 doses, i succeed to 130 mgs a day, get stuck there, struggle, go good for a bit, then go back up, then its a cycle, here we go all over again. im back at step one, its hard, i get up with the worse restless leg and arm syndrome, and feel like i have the nastiest flu that dont wanna go away. i hope im not scaring you here, but hoping my experience will help prepare you. hang in there, and keep the dc family posted. someone is always up, so come anytime. leanne
