What other medicine would be just as effective, cheaper and side effects not so bad for people that are type 2 diabetic?
Just started taking Januvia but the cancer scare has me concerned?

There are other medicines you can try but many carry risks and may not be as effective for you as Januvia. You should talk to your doctor about your concerns and ask about other "safer" alternatives.

I have been taking all kinds of diabetic pills , but none worked out great like Januvia did..Just must watch out for pancreatitis..It may not appear at all , just have medical tests almost every 6 months..
