... phenergan/promethazine show up in a urine sample? I am on it for nausea and looking for employement but would like to know that ahead of time! I am not on the mixture with codeine, just the promethazine.

This is from the U.S. National Library of Medicine Website : Before having any laboratory test, tell your doctor and the laboratory personnel that you are taking promethazine.
With that being there I would believe that it could mess with some tests, it is always a good idea when taking a prescription medication, to tell the technician what medications you are taking.
