Just found out I needed Iron supplements? [Ferritin levels low also.]?

Started Slo Fe at my Doctors direction. What is the average lenghth of time for the blood retesting to see if supplements have/are working.

It usually depends upon the constitution of the person taking the medication, your doc./pharmacist is the best person to give you sound advice, hope this helps?
