I have been taking this drug for 4 days. Rather than helping to control my level of blood sugar, my readings, even in the mornings have been very high. Has anyone experience this type reaction? Thanks

Hi, I've only been taking Juntadueto for about 5 months, but _no_ I have not noticed high blood sugar levels in the morning. I think blood sugar actually behaves pretty well, but I've never taken anything else, so can't really compare to Metformin only. Given the extra cost I wish I knew what the advantage was but can't find info to justify the extra $1000+/yr for pills vs. Metformin. My doc says he'd go w/ this vs. Metformin, but I can't find much on "why" it's better - and or how much better based on cost.
