Januvia is the only diabetic med I take. Should I take it in AM or PM?

AM testing is consistantly over 100. Runs under 100 throughout the day

It doesn't really matter if you take Januvia in the morning or at night, with or without food. Once you set a dosing time, you should continue to take it at the same time every day.
