Unfortunately no. In most countries it is a legal requirement that supplements containing an equivalent of 250 milligrams or more of elemental iron be packaged in a "child resistant container" (usually foil) because of the danger of potentially lethal iron poisoning.
Speak to your pharmacist. There may be other brands of iron that are more easily opened.
