I've just received my first 30 day prescription pack of Chantix. I haven't started it yet as I am?

I would definitely recommend that you get the second & third months of your Chantix if you feel it is working ok in the first couple of weeks. I made the mistake of only getting the first starter pack (1 month). It worked so well I thought I had it beat. As soon as I stopped taking it, I immediately wanted to smoke again, but didn't have any more pills. Best time to take, like the packs indicate is one in the morning, and one at night. Be sure to start with the 50mg pills first. Also, DO NOT take this on an empty stomach. I did this a couple of times and had bad stomach cramps. Some people complain of various different issues taking this, but I haven't had anything bad happen to me. Vivid dreams, but no nightmares, so it's ok for me. I'm currently on it again. Little tougher this time. Best time to do this is the first time.

I agree with raymo,make sure you have enough pills to get you through and take them everyday!!
Have'nt got much else to say only i wanted to say well done to you for wanting to quit and i wish you the best of luck with it!!
I wish i had some will power to decide to quit,hopefully sometime in the future,but i admire anyone that makes the decision to quit,its not an easy one,but alot can make it!!
