You shouldn't use the left over drops - if the solution has become contaminated you could end up with a nasty eye infection especially if the eye is already scratched.
If your vision has been affected then you definitely need to see a doctor.
You only have one set of eyes and they need to be looked after. It would be in your best interest to get them checked out by a health professional.
