However, overall I think my face looks rounder and fuller. Is it possible that Renova is causing this "look" or is it just my natural aging process? I am thin with a long to oval face or at least my face was long to oval!

My face is not swollen or puffy. My face just looks rounder.
As you mentioned rounder it could be an allergic reaction which causes the face to become swollen, but you say your face is oval, but fuller as well... this is very strange.-
Have you been eating more, do you have liquid retention?, these can probably be causes for you face to be oval or fuller... I recommend you contact your dermatologist.-
