I've been told that I will be changed from Norpace CR to regular Norpace. Can their be problems ?

Yes, there can be problems... and then you may not have any problems. It just depends ... why is your doctor changing you from CR to the regular one? Please add answer as a comment.

Kaiser P is my health plan..Probably because it's cheaper..

You'll only know when you start taking it whether it'll have negative effects on you and if your symptoms worsen. If your symptoms do become worse then please discuss it with your doctor and see if you can go back on the CR.
