I 've been suffering high blood pressure i.e 140 / 90 and use to take Tab. Tinormin 100 mg in Pakistan. Now, the Doctor advised me Tab Mavik 4 mg to replace it, Does this medicine have the same contents and same generic as well.

No. Mavik is different to Tenormin.
Tenormin is in a group of drugs called beta blockers and is used to treat high blood pressure.
Mavik (Trandolapril) is in a group of drugs called ACE inhibitors.
Trandolapril is also used to treat high blood pressure.
Your doctor may have changed your medicine to Mavik if the Tenormin was no longer working as well as it should.
