You've made a great choice to get off "satan's candy"!! Only take the mgs of clonidine that your doc prescribed. It (obviously) affects your heart, so don't take too much!!
If you are in acute WD please google The Thomas Recipe for a list of otc and RX meds you will need while in withdrawal. Also google Post Acute Withdrawal Syndrome (opiates) to read up on what is happening to brain chemistry while in withdrawal, it affects dopamine, serotonin, norepinephrine, and endorphins. IF you find yourself depressed during WD, get thee to the doc asap, depression (even if it is withdrawal induced) is nothing to muck about with!
I took OxyContin for almost ten years, and went cold turkey off of 160 mgs a day. A picnic it was NOT.

But if you are prepared maybe it won't be so unpleasant for you. Stock up on Gatorade, clean T-shirts (perspiring like Secretariat makes changes clothing often a good idea) epsom salts for hot baths needed for aching muscles.
Vitamins are a necessity, try to eat, if you cannot eat, make sure you do not become dehydrated.
Keep Immodium AD on hand, you will need it (ewwwwww, I know) often for a while. Do not let yourself get dehydrated, force fluids.
If sleep is elusive, try Melatonin (a natural product that you can purchase at any pharmacy) or Benadryl. Stay away from bright light, it may give you a headache.
Try Ibuprofen, but please take it with some food, or it will aggravate your tummy.
That's all I can think of at the moment.
I kept a journal of my lovely WD experience, and tis a good idea, if you are ever tempted to take "satan's candy" again, whip your journal out and read it!!
