Yes, there is a way to delay your period -actually you skip your period.
You need to skip your inactive or sugar pills completely, or skip your 7 day tablet free interval, and go straight onto the next packet.
You go straight from the last active tablet of your old packet to the first active tablet of your new packet and continue to take active tablets right though until the end.
You will not get your period until you finish the new packet.
Call your doctor if you are not clear on what to do.
