I don't think there is any danger but you shouldn't take it any more. My niece took it for a short time to try and get pregnant. I took Tamoxifen for 5 yrs. & then Femara for 5 yrs. I had stage 2 breast cancer, took chemo then radiation. I had the highly agressive kind( her2 neu) but am doing great! I think the Femara helped since My receptors were positive. I can't imagine your Dr. putting you on Femara and not knowing you were premenopausal.
