ive taken the pill at the same time everyday. also ive just started experiencing breast tenderness for 2 weeks now ! ive taken 4 pregnancy tests in this span of 2 months and all have been negative. any suggestions before i start my new pill (loestrin 24 fe) on tuesday

You should go ahead and consult your GYN. It is doubtful that you are pregnant but you may need a bit of a change in hormones to get things going again. Anytime you miss two periods in a row, you should see your GYN. Very rarely, for whatever reason, some women never show positive on urine pregnancy tests and need a blood test to confirm. So be sure you do check with your Dr.
