I have acne. I am taking zincolak (once a day) which contains zinc sulphate monohydrate USP 137.5 mg (equivalent to Elemental zinc 50 mg) I am taking it from 2 weeks. And my skin is clear since then . Can I take it forever in this dose? I am also taking other vitamins like A, B complex, C and E. Should I include copper supplement also?
Is zinc sulfate safe if I take it for long?

The amount of zinc you are using is more than the recommended daily dose. Please see link below. It may be a good idea to reduce your daily dose and then you can take it everyday. Taking the other vitamins in their recommended daily doses is okay as well. Yes, you could take copper as well.
