Xyzal is an antihistamine used to relieve allergy symptoms such as watery eyes, runny nose, itching eyes/nose, sneezing, rash, and itching.

This medication works by blocking a certain natural substance (histamine) that your body makes during an allergic reaction.

Treatment for eczema has not been reported, however please do seek advice from a doc/pharmacist.

Take care, be safe & well, please, best wishes!
