Hello zine77. Yes they are very much similiar. Both are used in the treatment of ADHD, both are considered to be a Schedule II drug, and are amphentamine. They are both stimulant drugs, considered to be a controlled substance, are abused as recreational drugs, can be addictive and require a new prescrpition each month. Some people do better on the one drug than the other. They both carry similiar side effects. Good health and wishes to you, pledge
