Not really.
Visine (tetrahydrozoline) ophthalmic narrows the blood vessels (veins and arteries) in your eyes. Tetrahydrozoline ophthalmic is used to relieve redness, burning, irritation, and dryness of the eyes caused by wind, sun, and other minor irritants.
If you have yellowish discharge from your eye(s) then you probably have an infection and need to see a doctor.
If you don't have any discharge and your eyes have been yellow for a while, next time you go to the doctor please get your doctor to check it.
