Have patella tendonitis, am unfamiliar with NSAIDS, will this med help, thank you.

Yes, Vimovo can be used for tendonitis. Vimovo contains naproxen and esomeprazole.
The esomeprazole (stomach protecting agent) with the naproxen decreases the risk of developing gastric ulcers in patients at risk of developing NSAID-associated gastric ulcers.
