I have been told that mixing vagisil, which has benzocaine 20% and resorcinol 3%, with Blue Magic scalp conditioner, will make your hair grow. What is it in with these products that makes the hair grow? Is this not a good combination or could the ingredients possibly help with the growth of hair?

I am not sure that there is anything in this combination that would help your hair grow.
