Is ultracet a narcotic? I was just prescribed it today and iam confused. if it is not then how do i?

I have oesteoartheritis of the hip and was prescribed Celebrex & Ultracet to relieve the pain as?

... Celebrex does not do the work by itself. Daily consumption is 400mg of Celebrex & 2 Ultracet. Is it harmful on the long run?
