Is Tobramycin in inhaler form as effective as injection? I read that it smells bad. Anyone tried?

I'm sorry I'm not really familiar with a Tobramycin Inhaler, in United states tobramycin is available as an inhalation solution but not an inhaler.
Do you know of a particular brand in Hong Kong? If you do please add name as a "comment" and I'll try and see if I can get more information.
In terms of tobramycin being delivered as an inhalation for a lung infection, it apparently is more effective in treating the condition.
