My dermatologist prescribed me to take doryx once a day, use a gentle soap on my face and then apply acanya in the morning and then use a gentle soap and apply retin a at night. I feel like this might be too muh. Is it safe to be using all three products at once? Will my skin be incredibly dry/irritated?
