I've been to the ER twice within a week for kindey stones. The CAT scan showed one 2mm stone, passed some of it, but I sitll have small/medium sized clots... and PAIN so my doctor says I must have more than one. I have peices of tissue that's red in my urine and some good sized clots, as I strain for more of the kidney stone to pass. The ER Doc and my main PCP seem to say its OK. Im just concerned as Ive yet to get referred to a Urologist via my doctors and wonder if surgery is in order. Drinking loads of cranberry juice and water... lortab has not touched the pain as it comes in waves. Any female meds to help me urinate more, as my insurance wont cover Flomax? Im tired of this pain and the blood/clots concern me more than the doctors! Thanks!
