Chlorpheniramine/dextromethorphan/phenylephrine 4 mg-15 mg-12.5 mg/5 mL oral syrup:
Dose: 2 to 5 years: 1.25 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 7.5 mL daily.
