Is there something else I can use over the counter that is as effective as vanos cream?

Are you using Vanos cream for psoriasis?

You probably won't get anything similar to Vanos cream over the counter. If your psoriasis is controlled then you could use emollients or hydrating creams. Emollients help prevent psoriasis outbreaks.
