Is there any safe blood thinner to take if you have a bleeding ulcer?

You should talk with your doctor or specialist.
Your bleeding ulcer puts you at risk of intestinal bleeding which can be a serious complication of all blood thinners.
Your ulcer may need to be treated before you start a blood thinner - or you may need to be monitored closely if blood thinners are given.
