been on going now for a month doctor has put me on meclizine, had to go back and now I'm on predisone, sudogest and azithromycin an antibiotic
Is there any quick fix for severe vertigo ?

I suffered from that and my doctor tested me for Ménière’s disease. With that you watch your intake of caffeine and sodium. If you cut those out that should help a lot. She also prescribed Hydrochlorothiazide which helps with the water build up. So talk to your doctor about this.
