this is a wonderful drug but my symtoms always come back after about a week or two of discontinuing the drug. I was told that you could only use clobex for 30 days at a time. Is this also true?
Is there any other drug or even natural remedy that works just as good as clobex?

It is true that you shouldn't use Clobex long term without breaks in between. The link below has a list of medicines used for Seborrheic dermatitis. There are some antifungals such as ketoconazole and ciclopirox which you could try, but don't swap over to another topical steroid, as you already have Clobex (which is a steroid).
