See : http://www.drugs.com/enc/hyperhidrosis.html for treatment options for hyperhidrosis. You could try a deoderant. Deodorants do not prevent sweating, but are helpful in reducing body odor. They are safe to use in pregnancy. Other options are probably not suitable in pregnancy. Talk to your doctor.
