Cardizem LA is very expensive, and I would like to discuss less expensive alternatives with my doctor.
Is there any difference between Diltiazem 24 hr ER and Cardizem LA?

I realize this answer is very late but may help someone later ... There shouldn't be any difference between diltiazem 24hour ER and Cardizem LA. I'm sure your doctor can swap you over. Your blood pressure may need to be monitored initially when you start the new brand.
