I am very scared to take any drugs due to a past drug interaction that I had and nearly died from it. I just want to make sure that Lexapro and Abilify are safe to take along with the Phenergan and Zofran that I have been taking for three years for chronic nausea.
Is there any concerns I should have taking Lexapro and Abilify along with Phenergan and Zofran?

I am Bipolar type one and suffer from Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I am extremely manic right now and anxiety is really high up, I have been off all my Psychiatric drugs since October 2010 when I had the drug interaction and could use any advice from someone who suffers this mental illness. I currently have alot of digestive problems such as Gastris, ibs,nausea,loss of appetite,tumors in my lungs,borderline diabetes. This illness has ruined mu lige because of the amount of stress I am under. Anyone who has advice would be greatly appreciated.

The Phenergan and Zofran should not be taken together. The Phenergan and Abilify may have an interaction but as long as the doctor has taken into consideration the possibility of anticholinergic intoxication and adjusted the dosages appropriately then you should be fine. The Lexapro and Abilify again need to be adjusted on dosage to avoid any problems.
If the same doctor prescribed these meds or all doctors know of exactly what you are prescribed, then you are really ok to take as prescribed. If you have any questions on these drugs, turn toward your pharmacist for guidance.
