Is there an over-the-counter equivalent of Cerefolin? It's not covered by my insurance?

I believe it can only be obtained through a prescription. Here are the ingredients though. I don't know if all of them are available OTC. 5.6 mg of folic acid as L-methylfolate, 2 mg vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin and 600 mg of N-acetylcysteine (I got this information through Wikipedia, check it out.) I hope this helps. Good luck!
