There is no reason that you can't become pregnant after you have finished your course of Cytotec, provided you weren't pregnant while taking it before and did not have any complications relating to pregnancy, miscarriage, etc.
It is contraindicated during pregnancy but should not cause any complications if you took it before and became pregnant, with a sufficient gap between therapy and becoming pregnant.
