Is there a larage difference between Ferrous Sulfate 325 mg and Slo Ferrous Sulvate 325 mg?

Not really.
They are both iron supplements.
The "slo" supplement is most likely a slow release tablet - a small amount of iron is released from the tablet over a long period of time. Side-effects are reduced as a result.
