I think all aromatase inhibiters require 600 mg of calcium and 400 mg of vit d at least once per day if not twice which would equal 1200 calcium and 800 vit d. I think there is something that you need in the estrogen that your muscles, tissues & adrenal glands make to lubricate joints, add calcium to your bones and teeth and your tissues are robbed when they use the Aromatase inhibiter, (Arimidex, Femera, Faslodex, etc.
) that would protect the gums in your mouth. Have tried to find out more on the same questions as it also effects your teeth & bones (develope osteoporosis) which are made up of calcium.
