It is manufactured by Bristol-Myers Squibb in conjunction with sanofi-aventis Pharmaceuticals.
Bristol -Myers Squibb has Patient Assistance Foundation ( Plavix is included):
To be considered for assistance, all patients and their health care providers must complete an application available at :
http://www.bmspaf.org/program0.html or by calling 800-736-0003.
I hope you qualify for this great opportunity.
