Is there a better time to take prempro? am or pm?

It does not matter what time of day you take Prempro. Whatever works best for you.
It is a good idea though, to take them at the same time each day.

If you have any side effects like nausea or dizziness, they recommend trying to take at bedtime. Nausea and dizziness are aggravated when you are up walking around. If you are not troubled by any effects you can take them whenever convenient for you.
