Is their any available opiates/ opioids synthetic or not that I can take after taking vivitrol ?

Willis, as tough as it is, you have to avoid opiodes altogether. Using them in conjunction with vivitrol therepy could be life threatening. Other medications may also have adverse effects while on vivitrol therapy even over the counter herbal medicaions and supplements. It's VERY important to let your Dr. know if you plan to take ANY new medication OTC or otherwise. It's also very important that if you go to the dentist or end up in the ER that those Drs know you're on this therapy as they need to use strict precautions for your safety. Good luck.
