Tetrahydrozoline ophthalmic is a decongestant eye drop. It narrows the blood vessels in your eyes.
There are certain medical conditions in which people should not use this eye drop.
See http://www.drugs.com/mtm/tetrahydrozoline-ophthalmic.html for more details.
The eye drop should not be used for longer than three days unless recommended by your doctor.
