my friend son has a severe eczema. They went to a dermatologist and the dr. recommend to use this triaminolone cream. Do you think this is the right medicine for the baby's condition..

Just to correct the medicine, it's called triamcinolone cream

If the eczema is severe then it is okay to use triamcinolone cream on the baby. Just use sparingly and have breaks between use. So if it takes 1 week to clear the infection ... have a break for about a week (or until the next flare up).
