Is the antibiotic Cleocin 150 g any good for the dental abscess? Please advice. Regards?

Cleocin (clindamycin) is a lincomycin antibiotic. It is used to treat serious infections caused by certain bacteria. It is not a drug of choice in treating a dental abscess unless the abscess has not responded to penicillin or to metronidazole.
