Is taking enalapril afect your sex life?

My husband was given medication for high blood pressure two years ago 50 mg daily. He took half of the dose in the morning and the other half before bedtime. He noticed that his sex life was affected since according to him he get tired easily. A year ago, he decide to hit the gym and during his recent visit to the doctor, he was give a lower dose for his hypertension 25 mg daily . Our intimate moment has improved a lot and also his resistance. I dont know if it's related to his lifestyle modification or a result of low dose bp medication or both. By the way , he'll be 50 next month.
