Is strattera a form of speed?

Strattera is a selective norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor indicated for the treatment of Attention–Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). It contains atomoxetine hydrochloride.

It is not an amphetamine and therefore not a form of speed.
